4月25日、アメリカのジョー・バイデン大統領が、2024年11月の大統領選に出馬すると正式に表明しました。バイデン大統領は現在80歳。年齢へ懸念の声も上がっています。

Howell: Running at the age of 82 ...
Perry: Soon to be 83 should he be, uh, reelected.
Reporter: At the White House.
Karine Jean-Pierre (White House press secretary): It’s the same thing that we heard in 2020.
Reporter: Spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre says the president’s made it a nonissue.
Jean-Pierre: He’s been able to deliver and get things done.
Reporter: And says he would serve all four years of the second term if elected. He would be 86 at that point. Sagar Meghani, Washington.
